The Stainless Steel 304L material is the low carbon version of the 304 material. The difference in carbon content affects their corrosion resisting properties. The 304L Pipe Fittings possess high strength as they have a min tensile strength of 515MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa.
The operating temperature of the A403 WP304L Elbow can go as high as 870 degrees C. The UNS S30403 long radius and short radius elbow are quite strong, and thus, they can be found in high pressure applications.
