Description

 

Inconel625 (NO6625) alloy is a kind of solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy. Ni-cr matrix was strengthened by solution of refractory metals niobium and molybdenum. IN625 has stable structure, good resistance to high temperature corrosion, good fatigue and creep properties. It has been widely used in the manufacture of aerospace engine parts, petroleum equipment, chemical plant heat exchangers and nuclear industry chemical equipment.

 

With the continuous extension of oil and gas development to deep and ultra-deep layers, acidic gas fields containing highly corrosive media such as high concentrations of CO2 and H2S have been continuously developed, such as Qingshen, Puguang, Longgang, Luojiazhai and other gas fields. Among them, the wellhead device is the key equipment in the process of oil and gas field exploration and development, which should meet the requirements of low cost and high reliability. The API6A-2018 standard stipulates that wellhead equipment used in acidic gas fields with highly corrosive media such as high concentrations of CO2 and H2S must choose materials with the highest corrosion resistance, that is, meet the HH and requirements. Available materials are nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys, including nickel alloys such as Inconel625 and Inconel718. The N06625 has excellent welding capabilities, especially in combination with tungsten arc welding (GTA), plasma arc and electron beam welding. Base material welding filler is usually used. Welding is usually performed on annealed or solution heat treated materials, and in many cases, appropriate post-weld heat treatment is used to reduce residual weld shrinkage stress. It has good strength and ductility in the welded state, but a complete post-welding solid solution annealing treatment (1800F) is usually used to obtain the best performance (dimensional stability, fatigue life) of the weldment.
