What is C71500 Copper Alloy Steel Tube?

 

 

C71500 is an alloy of copper and nickel, due to Ni unlimited solid solution in Cu, so C71500 has a single α-phase organization. C71500 alloy not only has good overall mechanical properties, but also due to the thermal conductivity close to carbon steel and become easy to weld, no preheating before welding, no need for heat treatment after welding.

C71500 for 70Cu-30Ni alloy, the main component for Cu, Ni, with a small amount of Mn and Fe, can better prevent corrosion of seawater, limit the impurity elements Zn, C, Pb, S, P and so on can improve the rate of thermoelectricity and weldability.

 

It has good corrosion resistance, high-temperature pressure resistance and thermal conductivity.C71500 copper alloy tube is suitable for a wide range of applications, including marine engineering, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, the chemical industry, and the oil and gas industry.
