The Studded Fin Tube is manufactured by Electric Resistance Welding of Studs on the Bare tubes. The design of studded fin tubes allows for greater surface area contact between the fluid and the tube, resulting in improved heat transfer rates, minimizing the buildup of deposits on the surface and ultimately more cost-effective operation. That's why they are commonly used in various industries such as petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, HVAC, and chemical processing to efficiently transfer heat between fluids or gases.
