WPB is made of carbon steel material, belonging to ASTM A234 standard, covering forged carbon steel and alloy steel pipe fittings for medium and high temperature applications, suitable for seamless or welded structures such as elbows, tees, pipe caps, etc. The main chemical components are typical components with C ≤ 0.3% Mn 0.29-1.06%,Si≥0.1%, Containing trace amounts of Cr, Ni, Mo, etc., balancing strength and weldability. Molding technology:

  • Hot pressing: High frequency heating pressing, suitable for mass production, surface oxidation requires treatment.
