ASTM A270 TP304 austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe conforms to the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) A270/A270M standards. It is an 18-8 type stainless steel, with a seamless structure achieved through hot rolling/cold drawing, resulting in a weld-free, high-pressure-resistant, and high-strength finish.
 
The pipe ends are precision CNC threaded, ensuring high accuracy and concentricity. They can be directly and quickly screwed onto standard fittings, valves, and connectors, achieving a tight seal without welding. The pipes are replaceable, leak-proof, and pressure-resistant.
 
TP304 material offers excellent corrosion resistance, is hygienic and non-toxic, easy to clean, and has a smooth inner wall. It meets 3-A and FDA hygiene requirements, is resistant to high-temperature steam sterilization, and is compatible with CIP/SIP cleanroom systems.
 
Widely used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, bioengineering, clean fluid, water supply and drainage, and chemical piping industries, it is an ideal pipe material for sanitary and industrial-grade threaded connections.
