ASTM B111 C12200 is a phosphorus-deoxidized copper seamless tube, belonging to the category of high-purity copper alloy products. When to Choose ASTM B111 C12200 Seamless Copper Tubing?

 

For applications involving surface condensers, evaporators, or heat exchangers—the core applications of ASTM B111.

For applications requiring high-efficiency heat transfer—C12200 has a thermal conductivity of approximately 330–340 W/(m·K), significantly better than stainless steel.

For applications requiring good corrosion resistance and weldability—phosphorus-deoxidized copper performs excellently in reducing atmospheres.

For tube diameters ≤ 80 mm (3 1/8 inches)—within the standard coverage.
