YUHONG GROUP - H-type coal economiser
H-type economiser is a kind of heat exchange equipment used in boiler system, usually installed in the flue at the end of the boiler, using the flue gas waste heat to heat the feed water, to improve the efficiency of the boiler and reduce the fuel consumption.
Structure and Composition
1.H-shape fin tube: core component, adopting H-shape fin design to increase heat transfer area and enhance heat transfer efficiency.
2. Shell: Contains finned tubes, supports and protects the internal structure.
3.Import/export header box: connects to the boiler feed water system to ensure smooth water flow.
4. Support structure: fixes the finned tubes to prevent vibration and deformation.
5.Modular design: usually consists of several modules, easy to install and maintain.
6.Compact structure: small size, suitable for occasions with limited space.
7. Corrosion-resistant materials: commonly used carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel, adapt to high temperature and corrosive flue gas environment.
Working Principle
1. Flue gas flow: High temperature flue gas passes through the economiser and the heat is transferred to the finned tube.
2. Water flow: boiler feed water flows in the finned tube, absorbing heat from the flue gas and increasing the temperature.
3. Heat exchange: Heat exchange is carried out through the finned tube wall, water absorbs heat and flue gas cools down.
Performance characteristics
1. Increase the heat exchange area, reduce the number of tube arrangement, thereby increasing the cross-section of flue gas flow, so that the smoke speed is reduced, reducing the wear and tear. Since the wear rate of the tube is proportional to the 3.33 times of the flue gas flow rate, if the flue gas speed is reduced from 9m/s to 7m/s, the wear rate will be reduced to 43% of the original. At the same time, experiments show that the finned tube itself has the effect of concentrating the fly ash to the middle of the tube row, so the use of finned tube economiser has the effect of reducing the wear and tear in the structure.
2. H-type finned tube can be manufactured into double-tube ‘double H’ type finned tube, which has good structural rigidity and can be applied to the occasions with longer tube rows.
3. The H-fin is divided into several small areas by adopting the paralleling arrangement, which has the effect of even flow on the airflow and greatly reduces the wear and tear.
