Yuhong Group has successfully finalized the fabrication, straightening, and comprehensive testing of a major batch of premium seamless copper tubes. Manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM B111 / ASME SB111 standards, these high-conductivity copper tubes are engineered for heavy-duty heat exchangers and condensers, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency and corrosion resistance under demanding industrial service conditions.

To guarantee zero-defect performance, the entire batch underwent 100% online Eddy Current Testing (ET) to eliminate any structural anomalies such as pinholes or micro-cracks. The tube ends have been precision-cut, deburred, and fitted with protective plastic caps to maintain pristine internal cleanliness. Currently, our team is executing heavy-duty bundling and moisture-proof wrapping in the workshop. The cargo is fully prepared for immediate dispatch to the customer's assembly site.
