Seamless 9Cr-1Mo Alloy Steel Pipe for Elevated Temperature and Pressure Systems

 

ASTM A335 P9 Alloy Steel Seamless Pipe is manufactured for high-temperature and high-pressure service where long-term mechanical stability is required. Produced in accordance with ASTM A335 / ASME SA335, P9 is a ferritic chromium-molybdenum alloy steel containing approximately 9% chromium and 1% molybdenum. This alloy composition improves oxidation resistance, creep strength and structural stability under elevated operating temperatures.

 

The seamless construction provides uniform mechanical properties around the pipe circumference and is suitable for fabrication processes including bending, flanging and fusion welding. ASTM A335 P9 pipes are widely used in power generation, refinery process units, petrochemical plants, superheaters, reheaters and main steam piping systems.
