ASME SB338 Grade 7 titanium seamless tube is manufactured from UNS R52400 titanium alloy containing palladium, providing significantly enhanced corrosion resistance compared with commercially pure titanium grades.
Grade 7 titanium tubing combines excellent strength-to-weight ratio, outstanding resistance to chloride corrosion, pitting and crevice attack, making it an ideal choice for heat exchangers, condensers, desalination plants, chemical processing equipment and offshore engineering applications.
Manufactured in accordance with ASTM B338 and ASME SB338 standards, the tubes are supplied in seamless construction with strict dimensional tolerances and comprehensive inspection requirements. Various sizes, wall thicknesses and lengths can be customized to meet specific project demands.
