The ASME SA249 TP304 Extruded Fin Tube is a high-performance heat transfer element consisting of a stainless steel 304 base tube (conforming to ASME SA249) and extruded aluminum fins (typically 1060 or 6063 alloy). The fins are formed from an outer aluminum sleeve that is cold-rolled and extruded, providing an integral bimetallic structure. This process ensures a perfect mechanical bond between the fin and the tube, resulting in high thermal efficiency with zero contact thermal resistance and excellent protection against atmospheric corrosion.
