Yuhong supply customised finned tubes to meet specific requirements. Our high frequency Resistance Welded Finned Tubes are made by spirally wrapping solid or serrated fins made of carbon, alloy or stainless steel around the tube and then resistance welding. Solid or serrated fins made of carbon, alloy or stainless steel are spirally wound around the tube and then resistance welded. We also manufacture extruded finned tubes with base tubes made of carbon, alloy or stainless steel and aluminium or copper aluminium or copper alloy fins. In addition, we offer extruded serrated finned tubes. Bends can be made on bare tubes or on fins. We custom design duplex tube benders.

High-frequency welded(HFW) fin tubes, also known as solid fin tubes, are created by directly welding steel strips or stainless steel strips to the surface of the pipe using high-frequency welding. This welding process results in a tight connection between the fins and the base tube, making these finned tubes suitable for use under vibration conditions. The fin types include serrated fins and flat fins.
