ASTM A335 P9 P11 carbon steel HFW studded fin tubes for heat exchangers with black painted finish. These high-frequency welded spiral fin tubes provide exceptional thermal efficiency and compact design solutions for various heat exchangers utilizing clean flue gases.

HFW Solid Fin Tube Technology
HFW solid fin tubes are manufactured by spirally winding continuous fin strips around the base tube and continuously welding using high-frequency contact welding at 400 kHz. This ensures strong contact between the fin strip and the base tube surface, with welding occurring at the root of the spiral where the fin strip bends around the tube diameter.

Technical Specifications
Base Tube: Diameter 20mm to 219mm, thickness 2mm to 16mm. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, weather-resistant steel, duplex steel, super duplex steel, Inconel, high nickel-chromium alloys, CK 20, and others.
Fin Details: Fin thickness 0.8mm to 4mm, fin height 0.25" (6.35mm) to 1.5" (38mm), fin density 43 fins per meter to 287 fins per meter. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, weather-resistant steel, duplex steel, and Incoloy.

5/8″ (15.875mm): 3/8″, 1/2″ and 7/16″ fins (9.525mm, 12.7mm and 11.113mm)
