YUHONG High-Frequency Welded Finned Tubes combine the elevated temperature strength of ASTM A335 P22 alloy
steel with the superior corrosion and oxidation resistance of 11-13% Chromium (Cr) steel fins. This material pairing is
specifically engineered for applications where extreme heat, pressure, and corrosive atmospheres (such as flue gases
containing sulfur compounds) would rapidly degrade standard finned tubes. The HFW process ensures a metallurgically
sound, low-resistance bond between fin and tube, maximizing heat transfer efficiency and long-term structural integrity
under thermal cycling.
Standard: Conforms strictly to ASTM A335/A335M for seamless ferritic alloy-steel pipe for high-temperature service.
Key Properties: Exceptional creep strength, oxidation resistance, and microstructural stability up to 593°C (1100°F).
