ASTM A213 T5 seamless ferritic alloy steel tube is specified under the ASTM A213/A213M standard, which governs seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy steel tubes for boilers, superheaters, heat exchangers, and high-temperature pressure service equipment. Classified as a 5% chromium-molybdenum low-alloy steel, T5 tube features a balanced Cr-Mo alloy design, providing outstanding resistance to high-temperature oxidation, thermal creep, and high-pressure corrosion. Unlike carbon steel tubes, it maintains stable mechanical performance under long-term high-temperature (up to 600°C) and high-pressure working conditions. Surface Finish Types:

- Hot Rolled Black Finish: Original rolling surface, no polishing, with uniform oxide layer. Suitable for internal pipeline systems without strict appearance requirements, low cost, and good high-temperature oxidation resistance.

- Pickled & Bright Finish: Acid pickling removes surface oxide scale, presenting smooth silver-gray metallic luster. Clean surface free of impurities, convenient for inspection and welding, the most common delivery surface for industrial engineering.
