Product Description
ASTM A213 T9 alloy steel tube is a seamless steel tube made of ferritic and austenitic alloy steel, compliant with ASTM A213/A213M specification for seamless steel tubes used in boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers. The product also meets TSG D7002 pressure pipeline components type test requirements.
ASTM A213 T9 is a ferritic alloy steel with a matrix microstructure primarily composed of ferrite (tempered martensite). With nearly double the chromium content of T5, it offers significantly improved high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. These tubes feature high strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance with tensile strength ≥ 415MPa, yield point ≥ 205MPa, elongation ≥ 30%, and hardness HBW ≤ 179, making them ideal for harsh high-temperature, high-pressure environments.
