Product Overview
Grade A249 TP321 is a stainless steel alloy specifically designed for high-temperature applications. This ASTM-specified grade is commonly used in piping systems for superheaters, boilers, heat exchangers, and condensers. Stainless Steel 321 ERW is a titanium-stabilized grade where titanium combines with carbon to form titanium carbide, minimizing intergranular corrosion and providing excellent welding performance.
ASTM A249 TP321 welded pipe must meet comprehensive chemical, mechanical, and testing parameters, including reverse bending, tensile, flattening, flange, hardness tests, and hydrostatic pressure testing or non-destructive electrical testing as required.
