This tube is primarily intended for boilers, superheaters, heat exchangers, condensers, and other high-temperature or corrosive service applications requiring superior weld quality and surface integrity. Bright Annealing distinguishes this tube from standard annealed and pickled tubes. The process is performed in a protective atmosphere furnace, which eliminates scaling and oxidation. The resulting surface is smooth, bright, and passive, making it ideal for hygienic, high-purity, or aesthetic-critical applications.
