ASTM A213 T11 tubes are stainless steel tubes specifically designed for high-temperature service applications in heat exchangers, superheaters, and boilers. These tubes feature a composition including carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, nickel, chromium, and molybdenum, which provides exceptional tensile strength, high yield strength, and superior hardness.
T11 boiler tubes can be manufactured through hot working or cold drawing processes and are available in seamless, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded), welded, or fabricated forms. They offer excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, along with good ductility for machining operations such as flanging and bending. The material's compatibility with fusion welding makes it ideal for power generation and petrochemical industries.
