The nail head tube (also known as needle shaped tube) is a cylindrical needle arranged in a square or hexagonal shape and welded evenly on the surface of the heat exchange tube. An efficient and energy-saving needle tube heat exchange tube group is formed by assembling and welding reinforced heat exchange nail head tubes with square or hexagonal shapes. Due to the cantilever structure and compact structure of the nail head tube needle ribs, under the impact of airflow, the needle ribs vibrate, making it difficult for soot to accumulate; Combined with the strong turbulent erosion of flue gas, the heat transfer efficiency of the nail head tube heat exchange element is high, and it has strong self cleaning ability.

 

 

The nail head tube group is particularly suitable for compact waste heat boilers, oil and gas boilers, and oil heaters. Under the same heat exchange rate, its weight and overall dimensions have significantly decreased. The anti fouling performance of the nail head tube group is significantly improved compared to other conventional enhanced heat transfer boiler tubes. In the case of low smoke temperature, the nail head tube can still economically recover waste heat, and has broad application prospects in heat exchange and energy-saving engineering.
