ASTM A269 / ASME SA269 TP316L Bright Annealed Stainless Steel Tube Polish Finishing
The tubing specified in ASTM A269 can be produced through either the seamless or welded process. The common surface finishes include annealed, pickled, or bright annealed. Seamless (or welded) stainless steel tubing per ASTM A269, Grade TP316L (UNS S31603), Bright Annealed condition, with external surface mechanically polished to 320 grit (FEPA/ANSI), achieving an Ra ≤ 0.4 µm. Dimensional tolerances per ASTM A269, with hydrostatic/eddy current tested certification and solution-annealed passive finish.
