Heat exchanger tube bundle manufacturing process:

Heat exchanger tube bundle installation process:

In addition, in order to compensate for the thinning of the pipe wall after bending, the straight pipe part needs to use a pipe with a thicker wall. This affects its use, only suitable for the shell wall temperature difference is large, or the shell medium easy to scale and the pipe medium clean and not easy to scale, high temperature, high pressure, corrosive situation.
