YuHong can offer SA213/A213 seamless stainless steel bend U tubes for heat exchanger, condensers,etc. U tubes are manufactured by bending straight tubes. Bending is done cold on an automatic U-bend. To ensure tube wall thinning and diameter ovality are controlled, tube bending is accomplished with a mandrel inserted into the tube.
 
ASME SA213 / ASTM A213 This specification covers seamless stainless steel and alloy steel T series boiler, superheater, and heat-exchanger tubes.
 
TP321 material with Titanium element,
preventing the chromium from forming chromium carbides. This "stabilizes" the alloy, allowing it to be used in the sensitization temperature range without losing its corrosion resistance.

 

U bend tube thermal expansion: The U-bend allows the tube bundle to freely expand and contract with temperature changes without stressing the tubesheet or the shell. This is critical in applications with large thermal cycles.
