  • Excellent Strength & Toughness Balance: Duplex structure (ferrite + austenite) combines the high strength of ferrite and the good toughness of austenite, tensile strength (630-680MPa) is 1.3-1.5 times that of austenitic stainless steel (such as TP316L), reducing pipe wall thickness and overall project cost.
  • Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: High Cr, Mo, N content endows excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and general corrosion, superior to 304/304L and comparable to TP316L; especially suitable for chloride-rich environments (seawater, chemical media with high chloride content).
