The ISO9626 SUS304 Welded Stainless Steel Capillary Tube is a precision-engineered, small-diameter tubular product specifically manufactured to comply with ISO 9626:2016 standard ("Stainless steel needle tubing for the manufacture of medical devices"). It is fabricated from SUS304 (equivalent to AISI 304, UNS S30400) austenitic stainless steel using an automated longitudinal welding process followed by multiple cold drawing and annealing cycles. The tube is intended exclusively for the production of hypodermic needles, biopsy needles, cannulas, and other minimally invasive medical instruments requiring a precise lumen for fluid aspiration, injection, or guidewire passage. SUS304 is the most widely used austenitic stainless steel in non-implantable medical devices due to its excellent formability, corrosion resistance, and cost-effectiveness.
