The stainless steel capillary tube is produced using a longitudinal welding process and is specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of ISO9626:2016 international standard. This medical grade capillary tube is the raw material for hypodermic needles, IV cannulas, biopsy probes, and other minimally invasive surgical instruments. The SUS304 stainless steel capillary tube starts as a flat stainless steel strip which is roll-formed and seam-welded, as opposed to seamless tube (drawn from a solid billet).
