This robust, all-stainless-steel unit is designed for demanding corrosive service with the following characteristics:

• Shell & channel material: Stainless steel (bright annealed finish)
• Tubes: ASME SA213 TP304/304L or TP316/316L seamless stainless steel
• Tubesheet: ASME SA182 F304/304L or F316/316L forged stainless steel
• End channel / bonnet: Removable with flanged connection
• Saddles / supports: Stainless steel for mounting on foundations
• Nameplate: Clearly marked with YUHONG GROUP identification

Stainless steel (304/304L or 316/316L) is chosen when:

• The process fluid is corrosive (dilute acids, chlorides, caustic solutions)
• Product purity is critical (pharmaceutical, food, beverage, biotech)
• External environment is aggressive (coastal, offshore, chemical plant)

316/316L adds molybdenum for enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-containing services.
