ASME SB163 UNS N08825 Inconel 825 Seamless Tube, Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu Alloy Steel for Condensers and Heat Exchangers

The ASME SB163 N08825 (Incoloy 825) nickel alloy seamless tube is manufactured according to ASTM standard in cold rolled and drawing in seamless process, finished in pickling and annealing condition. The nickel alloy tubes are uniform in quality and temper, smooth, commercially straight, and free of injurious imperfections. It achieves the perfect balance between performance and economy in complex corrosive environments through the synergistic strengthening of nickel-chromium-molybdenum-copper. Its excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion, as well as resistance to reducing media such as sulfuric and phosphoric acids, makes it the ideal choice for condenser and heat exchanger tubing in demanding applications across chemical, oil & gas, marine engineering, and energy & environmental industries.
