1. Manufacturing Process:
Our TP304 welding tubes are made from flat-rolled steel and are processed using an automatic welding process with no addition of filler metal. The tubes undergo cold working to control their dimensions and mechanical properties. Crucially, all tubes must be free of defects and shall be heat-treated in accordance with Table 2. The heat treatment process (typically solution annealing at a minimum of 1900°F [1040°C]) is crucial to ensure proper corrosion resistance and ductility.

2. Critical Dimensional Controls:
Precision in sizing is critical for successful installation. The tubes are furnished in standard sizes, but custom dimensions are subject to strict tolerances.
