ASTM A312 / ASME SA312 TP310S seamless pipe is a low-carbon 25Cr–20Ni austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe with excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, good elevated-temperature strength, and good weldability. It is commonly supplied solution-annealed and pickled, in sizes from NPS 1/8 up to NPS 30, with schedules from 5S to XXS, and is widely used in furnace, heat-treatment, chemical, petrochemical, power, and high-temperature industrial applications. ASTM A312 TP310S stainless steel seamless pipe is manufactured by hot extrusion / hot piercing followed by cold drawing or cold rolling, without longitudinal weld seam. It is a high-chromium high-nickel heat-resistant austenitic stainless pipe, famous for excellent oxidation resistance up to 1100 °C, good thermal fatigue performance, and moderate high-temperature strength. The “S” suffix stands for low carbon (C ≤0.08%), which differentiates it from TP310H (higher carbon grade for higher creep strength). This seamless stainless steel pipe is widely used for continuous high-temperature oxidation environments and moderate corrosive media.
