SMO 254 alloy details- Stainless steel 254 SMO is the high-end austenitic SS that is created with the combination of impact toughness and chloride stress corrosion cracking/crevice corrosion/pitting resistance. It is also having very good strength and this alloy is popularly known to offer very good workability.

Material testing to know- At the production unit the testing of SMO 254 Butt weld Fittings is executed for the purpose of quality check.
