ASTM B366 AL6XN (UNS N08367) Elbows are premium-grade super austenitic stainless steel pipe fittings designed for highly corrosive environments. With a high content of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen, AL6XN offers exceptional resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, chloride stress corrosion cracking, and seawater corrosion.
These elbows are manufactured according to ASTM B366 standards and are widely used in offshore platforms, seawater desalination plants, chemical processing facilities, power generation systems, pharmaceutical plants, and oil & gas projects where conventional stainless steels such as 316L cannot provide sufficient corrosion resistance.
