GH3030 solid solution reinforced high temperature alloy is an early development of 80Ni-20Cr solid solution reinforced high temperature alloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800°C, and good resistance to oxidation, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance.
The alloy is single-phase austenite after solid solution treatment and has a stable organisation during use. The main product is cold rolled sheet, but it can also be supplied in deformed products such as bars, rings, wires and tubes. It is mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components working below 800°C and other high temperature components requiring oxidation resistance below 1100°C but bearing little load. GH3030 has strong hot working and cold working properties and is used for making various chemical equipment and supporting accessories.

Process performance
1. The alloy has good malleability, forging heating temperature 1180℃, final forging 900℃.
2. The average size of the grain size of the alloy is closely related to the degree of deformation of the forging, final forging temperature.
3. After heat treatment, parts surface oxidation skin can be blown sand or acid cleaning method to delete.
