Overview:
SA213 Tp321 is a specification of heat exchanger tubes that are made from the 321 austenitic stainless steel. The SA 213 specifies pipe products for heat exchangers in different material grades, both the ferritic and austenitic steels.
The SA213 TP321 Stainless Steel Tube is made of 321 austenitic steel and they are mainly used as heat exchanger tubes. The 321 Stainless Steel Tube is ideal for high-temperature applications, and thus they are used for heat exchangers in different material grades. The specification of 1.4541 Seamless Tubes is for both ferritic and austenitic stainless steel.
The Stainless Steel 321 Heat Exchanger Tubes are known for their heat-resisting properties. They are titanium stabilized and used for various services within a temperature range of 1000 to 1600 degrees F. The Stainless Steel 321 Boiler Tubes generally have good weldable properties, and the addition of titanium in the alloy reduces the formation of carbide precipitation during the welding process. We design the 321 stainless steel exhaust tubing according to the national and international standards of raw material. We follow the set guidelines in the manufacturing process, making the Stainless Steel 321 Fin Tube more durable and safe. The SS 321 Tube also has oxidation resistance to 1600 degrees F. Due to all these properties; the 321 SS Tube has a wide range of applications in exhaust stacks and aircraft piston engine manifolds.
ASTM A213 Stainless Steel 321 Seamless Tube is generally considered to have comparable weldability to 304 and 304L stainless with the main difference being the titanium addition which reduces or prevents carbide precipitation during welding. ASTM A213 Stainless Steel 321 Cold Drawn Tube and ASTM A213 Stainless Steel 321 Heat Exchanger Tube primarily used in applications that involve continuous and intermittent service temperatures within the carbide precipitation range of 800°-1500°F.
