Heat Exchanger Tube, ASTM B444 UNS N06625 Grade 2 Nickel Alloy Seamless U Bend Tube
UNS N06625(Inconel 625) has excellent strength at temperatures up to 816℃. At higher temperatures, its strength is generally lower than that of other solid solution strengthened alloys. Alloy625 has good oxidation resistance at temperature up to 980℃ and shows good resistance to aqueous corrosion, but is relatively moderate compared to other more capable corrosion resistant alloys.
ASTM B444 Inconel 625 Nickel Alloy Seamless U Bend Tube is made up of a corrosion resistant alloy that is also resistant to oxidation. The nickel alloy has excellent aqueous corrosion resistance and high strength. The Inconel 625 seamless tube is made up of a material that has nickel, chromium and molybdenum in it. The material is stabilized with niobium so that it becomes even stronger and corrosion resistant. Inconel 625 Tube belongs to different specifications such as the B444, B829 while the welded tubes are of B705 or B775 specifications. The tubes have 880Mpa minimum tensile strength and 460MPa minimum yield strength. The tubes can operate up to 982 degrees Celsius. There are grade 1 and 2 in this material.
