Ovality

 

Ovality equal to Maximum diameter cut minumum diameter and divide nominal diameter, please check below formul,

Ovality (%) = (Dmax - Dmin) / Dnominal x 100

  • Dmax: Maximum diameter of the pipe

  • Dmin: Minimum diameter of the pipe

  • Dnominal: Nominal diameter of the pipe

Noted, If client requires a "ball-passing test", factory should prepare the ball.

Heat Exchanger

 

Heat exchanger tube using tooling for cold bending, cold bending forming process to meet the Sufficient size tolerance requirements. After passing the test, the bending section and straight section of at least 150 mm range(150mm+150mm) of stress relief heat treatment according to the standard. After heat treatment, and then one by one hydraulic test.
