ASME SA334 Gr.6 Alloy Steel Tube For Circulating Fluidized Bed (Cfb) Boiler Medium And Low Temperature

 

 

ASME SA-334 Grade 6 carbon steel seamless pipe adopts medium carbon composition design (carbon content ≤ 0.30%, manganese content 0.29–1.06%), with high strength (tensile strength ≥ 415MPa) and excellent ductility (elongation ≥ 30%).

 

The pipe achieves full wall thickness homogenization through thermomechanical rolling process, especially has -45℃ low temperature impact toughness and significant wear resistance, strictly follows ASME standards and guarantees zero defect delivery through non-destructive testing. Its excellent welding compatibility (compatible with ER70S-6 welding materials) and fluid erosion resistance make it a universal solution in the fields of energy and power (boiler system/heat exchanger), petrochemical equipment (cryogenic transmission pipeline), machinery manufacturing (hydraulic cylinder) and refrigeration engineering (ammonia system evaporator).

 

Compared with stainless steel, it can reduce costs by 40-60% in non-strongly corrosive environments. It has been certified by international standards such as API 6D and has become the preferred material for industrial pipelines that takes into account both economy and reliability.
