ASTM A213 TP347H is a seamless, austenitic stainless steel tube specifically engineered for high-temperature service in demanding environments. Designated as a heat-resistant grade (indicated by the "H"), it delivers superior creep-rupture strength compared to its non-H counterparts, making it a reliable choice for pressure-bound applications.
This grade belongs to the niobium-stabilized Cr-Ni austenitic family. The addition of niobium (Nb) significantly enhances its resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly in environments containing acids, alkalis, and salts. It offers better high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance than standard Type 316 stainless steel.
