ASTM A213 TP304L Seamless Heat-Exchanger Tube is a premium-grade austenitic stainless steel tube engineered for demanding thermal and corrosive environments. The TP304L designation indicates a low-carbon version of classic 304 stainless steel, providing superior resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly after welding.
The 03Х18Н11 represents the corresponding GOST standard designation, making this product suitable for international projects requiring specific regional standards. Standard & Specification
Manufactured in strict compliance with the latest ASTM A213/A 213M standard - "Standard Specification for Seamless Ferritic and Austenitic Alloy-Steel Boiler, Superheater, and Heat-Exchanger Tubes".
  • Scope: Seamless tubes designed for service in boilers, superheaters, and heat-exchangers
  • Size Range: Available from 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) inside diameter to 5 inch (127 mm) outside diameter, with wall thicknesses from 0.015 to 0.500 inches (0.4 to 12.7 mm)
  • Key Feature: The "L" grade (low carbon) minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, ensuring long-term integrity in welded assemblies
