ASTM A789 S32750 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Seamless/Welded Tube for High Corrosion & High Pressure Service

ASTM A789 S32750 (UNS S32750, commonly known as F53) super duplex stainless steel tube, a ferritic-austenitic dual-phase structure material, is compliant with ASTM A789 standard for general service duplex stainless steel tubing. It is characterized by high strength, excellent chloride corrosion resistance and anti-intergranular corrosion, serving as an important bridge between ordinary duplex steel and nickel-based alloys, widely used in harsh industrial environments such as offshore, petrochemical and desalination.

1. Superior Corrosion Resistance: High Cr, Mo, N content, PREN > 40, excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, suitable for seawater and high-chloride environments.
2. High Strength Performance: Yield strength is about twice that of conventional austenitic stainless steel (≥550MPa), high tensile strength (≥800MPa), thin wall design available, reducing weight and cost.
