Brief Introduction

ASTM A403 WP304-S 90 Degree LR (Long Radius) Seamless Elbow is a high-performance stainless steel pipe fitting, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM A403 / ASME SA403 and ASME B16.9 standards. It is made of WP304-S austenitic stainless steel (UNS S30400), featuring excellent corrosion resistance, superior weldability, high toughness and stable mechanical strength. As a seamless-formed pipe fitting with a 90-degree angle and long radius (R=1.5×nominal diameter), it is specially designed for changing pipeline direction, which minimizes fluid resistance, avoids medium accumulation, and ensures smooth and efficient conveying of media. It is widely used in various industrial and civil pipeline systems, serving as a reliable connection component for low to medium pressure, mild corrosive working conditions, and suitable for conveying water, gas, oil, chemical reagents and other media.
