ASTM A182 F53 WN RF Flange is a high-performance super duplex stainless steel forged flange, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM A182 and ASME B16.5 standards. F53 (UNS S32750) is a super duplex stainless steel grade, featuring a dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite, which integrates ultra-high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance (especially against chloride-induced pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking), and good weldability. As a Weld Neck (WN) flange with Raised Face (RF), it offers high structural integrity, low stress concentration, and reliable sealing performance, specially designed for harsh, high-corrosion, high-pressure industrial piping systems, widely used in offshore, oil & gas, chemical and other critical applications.
