Brief Introduction

ASTM A182 F60 SO RF Flange is a high-performance super duplex stainless steel forged flange, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM A182 and ASME B16.5 standards. F60 (UNS S32205) is a premium super duplex stainless steel grade, featuring a uniform dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite. It integrates ultra-high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance (especially against chloride-induced pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking), and good weldability. As a Slip-On (SO) flange with Raised Face (RF), it is designed for easy installation and reliable sealing, widely applied in harsh, high-corrosion, medium-high pressure industrial piping systems such as offshore, oil & gas, chemical, and desalination fields.
