Brief Introduction

ASTM B283 C70620 WN RF Flange is a high-performance cupronickel alloy forged flange, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM B283 (material standard for copper-nickel alloy forgings) and ASME B16.5 (dimensional standard for flanges). C70620 (commonly known as Cupronickel 70/30) is a premium copper-nickel alloy composed of 70% copper and 30% nickel, supplemented by trace alloying elements, which is famous for its excellent corrosion resistance, especially outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion corrosion and biofouling. As a Weld Neck (WN) flange with Raised Face (RF) structure, it has the advantages of high structural strength, reliable sealing performance and strong connection stability, specially designed for marine, offshore and other harsh corrosive industrial piping systems, and widely used in marine engineering, seawater desalination, coastal power generation and other key fields.
