ASTM B564 NO8811 CON REDUCER is a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy concentric reducer, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM B564 standard (Standard Specification for Nickel Alloy Forgings) and made of UNS NO8811 alloy[4]. As a key pipe fitting for connecting pipelines of different diameters, it features a concentric structure with consistent centerlines, ensuring smooth medium flow, minimal flow resistance and no pressure loss. NO8811 alloy is a high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloy, which has excellent ductility even in sub-zero low-temperature environments, and can withstand harsh chemical and saline corrosion[1]. The product is mainly used in high-temperature, low-temperature, corrosive and other harsh industrial piping systems, widely applied in petrochemical, cryogenic, marine, energy and other industries, providing reliable diameter transition and connection support for the safe and stable operation of piping systems.
