ASTM A213 TP304H (UNS S30409) is a premium austenitic seamless stainless steel tube engineered for high-temperature, high-pressure service in boilers, superheaters, reheaters, and heat exchangers. As a carbon-controlled variant of TP304, TP304H features a higher carbon range (0.04–0.10%) that delivers superior creep-rupture strength at temperatures above 538°C (1000°F), making it the top choice for power generation and industrial thermal equipment. Manufactured via seamless hot finishing or cold drawing and solution-annealed, it ensures exceptional structural integrity, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability under extreme operating conditions.
