ASTM B111 C70600 Extruded Finned Tubes are premium heat transfer components manufactured from seamless 90/10 copper-nickel alloy tubes. Through a precision cold extrusion process, the base tube material is plastically formed into integral fins without mechanical bonding or welding. This manufacturing method produces a continuous one-piece fin structure that offers excellent thermal conductivity, outstanding corrosion resistance, and exceptional mechanical integrity.

C70600 copper-nickel alloy combines high resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, erosion, and chloride-containing environments with excellent thermal performance, making it one of the preferred materials for marine condensers, offshore platforms, desalination plants, shipbuilding, power generation, and chemical processing industries.

Manufacturing Process
