ASTM A213 / ASME SA213 Grade T2 is a low-alloy ferritic steel containing balanced additions of Chromium (≈0.50%−0.81%) and Molybdenum (≈0.44%−0.65%). The integration of these elements ensures enhanced structural stability at continuous operating temperatures ranging from 480∘C to 540∘C (900∘F to 1000∘F).
