Bright Annealed ASME SA213 TP304H 1.4948 Stainless Steel Seamless Tube For Superheaters
ASTM A213/ASME SA213 TP304H(1,4948, UNS S30409) is an austenitic stainless steel seamless tube specified under ASME Standard SA213/SA213M, which is for Seamless Ferritic and Austenitic Alloy-Steel Boiler, Superheater, and Heat-Exchanger Tubes. TP304H grrade is high-carbon version of 304 austenitic stainless steel. The suffix “H” means controlled higher carbon content, designed for elevated temperature applications to maintain good creep strength at high temperatures. ASME SA213 TP304H Stainless Steel Seamless Tube is a high-carbon austenitic stainless steel tube designed for elevated-temperature and high-pressure service. It combines the corrosion resistance and fabricability of 18-8 stainless steel with improved creep and rupture strength. It is normally supplied solution annealed, either pickled or bright annealed, in straight or U-bent form, and is widely used in boilers, superheaters, heat exchangers, and petrochemical equipment.
